How can I read eBooks with Bookpad?

  1. Visit our partner publishers' website and Choose an eBook from their catalog.
  2. Follow the onscreen steps on the website to complete the purchase Bookpad.eu.
  3. After successfully purchasing the eBook, you'll receive and email from us > the button Read with Bookpad EN will take you to your book.
If the app is not installed yet, the button will download Bookpad on your device.

  1. Enjoy the eBook after creating an account in Bookpad.

Kindle support

eBooks purchased from Bookpad are not available for reading on Kindle devices.

Why do I need a Bookpad account?

On the launch page of the app you will create your Bookpad account by signing in with an active email address and password.

Your Bookpad account will allow you to read the purchased eBooks across all compatible mobile devices.

I can’t find the book I purchased.

After placing an order successfully, please:

  1. Open the email you used for the purchase and check the Inbox for a purchase confirmation message. Open it and follow the onscreen steps.
  2. If you’ve not received the confirmation email within a few minutes, check the SPAM folder.
  3. After locating the confirmation email, containing your order details, tap on the button Read with Bookpad EN
  4. If the app is not installed yet, the button will download Bookpad on your device.

Minimum system requirements.

You can install Bookpad on Android and iOS. The minimum system requirements:

  • iOS 12.4 or higher.
  • Android 5 or higher.

Can I read eBooks purchased using Bookpad on Kindle (Fire OS), Windows or MacOS?

We're sorry, but no. Bookpad eBooks can be read on a number of mobile electronic devices with the respective supported OS versions: iOS 12.4 or higher and Android 5 or higher.

The eBook won’t open.

If you cannot read a book, you already purchased:

  • Tap on the Action overflow (3 dots) and open Settings Settings > open Account settings Account Settings > under Account Details you’ll find the email you are logged in Bookpad > make sure it’s the same email you used for purchasing the book.

  • If you still can't open the eBook, or you see an error/crash dialog, please use the support contact form to describe the exact steps leading to the issue and we’ll try to reproduce it.

The book I bought is not in my Library.

Your purchased books are accessible on your mobile device. Just make sure that your are logged in Bookpad with the email used for the purchase.
